A $35,909.60 withdrawal, a live price drift, and a DAO's last vote: three GNO data points, kept separate

What happened on-chain

Etherscan's own transaction record states that transaction 0x01db3a22463ac06b56dc3363759752630916ec6b170430a2ee93401902dadd1d was included in block 25786897 with status "Success," timestamped "Aug-19-2026 04:55:23 AM +UTC." Cyrvola opened this record directly within about a minute of confirmation.

The record's own transaction-action line reads: a withdrawal of "306.91968742 GNO ($35,909.60) to 0x0084Dfd7...37ca3E95E from Binance." Etherscan labels the sending address "Binance 15" and shows the GNO token contract as the interacted-with address, with the token transfer itself carrying zero ETH value and a transaction fee of 0.000053490465141255 ETH (about $0.10).

What the live price showed at the same time

Separately, Cyrvola checked CoinMarketCap's live GNO market page three times: $115.56 at 04:59:28 UTC, $114.85 at 05:00:58 UTC, and $114.64 at 05:02:36 UTC, with 24-hour trading volume reading $15.34M, $15.18M, and $15.27M across the same three checks. CoinMarketCap's own page showed GNO's 24-hour change in a roughly +11% to +13% range across these checks, meaning the token was already up sharply for the day before, during, and after the Binance withdrawal record above.

These three readings are a short, real-time price drift, not a market reaction study. Cyrvola makes no claim that the $35,909.60 withdrawal caused the price to ease from $115.56 to $114.64, or that it had any measurable effect at all. A single withdrawal from an exchange, even a real and sizable one, is not evidence of what a token's price will do next.

What Gnosis's own account shows, and what this dispatch doesn't establish

Gnosis's official X account, @gnosis_, was checked directly. Its most recent relevant post, from August 13, states: "GIP-152 has passed. 105,103 for, 3,353 against, 52 abstaining, from 49 voters. Turnout was 108,507 against a quorum of 75,000. GnosisDAO will spin the Gnosis App out into an independent company led by the team that built it."

This post is six days old relative to today's price checks and transaction record, and it is included here as the DAO's own most recent official statement, not as an explanation for today's withdrawal or price drift. Cyrvola found no post on the account dated August 19 addressing either. Treating a six-day-old governance result as the cause of a same-day price move would be exactly the kind of unearned connection this dispatch is structured to avoid.

Three things are independently confirmed here: one Binance withdrawal of 306.92 GNO, one short live-price drift across three real checks, and one governance-vote result from the project's own account. Each is verified against its own primary source. None of the three is shown to cause or explain either of the others.

A later dispatch could track withdrawal volume from exchanges against price action over a longer, purpose-built window, or check whether Gnosis's account posts anything specifically addressing today's move. Until that exists, this dispatch stands as three separately verified data points about the same asset on the same day, deliberately not merged into a single narrative the evidence doesn't support.
